…with a brand new system
You’ve probably noticed over the years that we at Neroli Salon & Spa are passionate about serving our guests. In fact, we’re crazy about it. Because the needs of our guests continue to evolve, we have decided that our reservation and point of sale system no longer serves you with the speed and efficiency that you have come to expect. So we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that we will be upgrading to a new system as of Sunday, July 8, 2018.
The new system is state-of-the-art and will enable us to customize our systems to better serve you. It is faster, more intuitive and just…better. You’ll love our new streamlined online booking, mobile app and chair side service capabilities — all designed to so that we can spend less time on computers and more quality time with you.
We will also have more capability to tailor each experience to your personal preferences. So don’t be surprised if we ask you for information we may not have in the past. We will only use the information you provide to better design your visit with us–it will not be shared or used elsewhere.
What you need to know
One important change you will notice is that we will now require credit card information to secure your reservation. As we all know, time is our most precious commodity. People are busier than ever, and sometimes appointments are broken. Because we value both our guests’ time and that of our team members, we will now charge 50% of your services should you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation time. This will allow us the opportunity to make last minute time available to other valued guests and ensure that our team members’ time is productive as well.
We thank you for your patience as we embark upon this transition. We are so excited for all the new features we will be able to share with you and are confident that you will love the changes as much as we do. As a token of our gratitude, we are extending you the opportunity to stock up on your favorite Aveda products at 20% savings through Sunday July 15th.
