About Your Visit
Depending on the flexibility of your schedule and to ensure your desired date, we recommend making your reservation one to two weeks in advance for mid-week appointments and three to four weeks in advance for weekend appointments. In order to secure your reservation we require credit card information at the time of scheduling.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we recommend, out of consideration for other guests and our team members, to do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.
No Show Policy
Due to the impact of the current health crisis on our team, any reservation missed without prior notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the missed service(s).
From the moment you walk through our doors your experience will begin with our signature aromatic towel and beverage service. While you wait, sample a retail product or tour our facility. For spa services, we will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can enjoy a steam shower prior to your scheduled service.
Requesting Your Therapist
Depending on your preference, you may request to have either a male or female massage therapist. All of our massage therapists and aestheticians are trained to discreetly drape areas of your body not involved in the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.
For those looking for a spa day we provide a 10% savings when you experience three select spa services* in one visit. If you are looking to have the same spa treatment on multiple visits the best value is to purchase your treatments in a series of six for a savings of 10%.
Dress comfortably. Robes, towels, sandals, shower facilities, Aveda products and a locker are provided for you in our Changing Suite for most spa services. Please note that our changing suites are co-ed with private changing rooms at our Brookfield, North Shore and Mequon locations. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry and valuables are left at home as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is recommended during a spa treatment that you remove your street clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred.
Please inform guest services, when making your reservation, if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant, so we can assist you in selecting the most appropriate treatment(s). Treatments for pregnant guests are available.
A standing appointment at your preferred Neroli location guarantees that you will enjoy the day, time, designer or therapist of your choice, every time you visit. Salon/Spa lunches are available upon request at the time of reserving your appointment. For further details, please call Guest Services at 414.227.2888. We do not allow alcohol to be served in our spas as most of our massage and body treatments influence circulation and detoxification. We recommend that you do not consume alcohol at least 12 hours prior to your reservation.
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone or pager while visiting our spa.
This is your day to relax. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service.
Neroli Downtown recommends parking in lots that are located behind the Aveda building or across St. Paul under the freeway. There are also 2-hour meter parking spots available on St. Paul, Broadway and Milwaukee Streets.
Neroli Brookfield provides the Towne Center parking lots facing Sendik’s store.
Neroli North Shore has a parking lot available
Neroli East Side recommends parking in the Kenilworth Parking Structure, entry located on Farwell Avenue. There are also 2-hour meter parking spots available on Farwell, Prospect, and Kenilworth Avenues.
Neroli Mequon provides surface parking in front of the store just southwest of Sendik’s in the Mequon Pavilion.
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Fifteen to twenty percent is customary, however this is only a guideline. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payment in the form of cash, check and credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.
Overnight accommodations can be coordinated at our corporate rate upon request.
