Winter Trends: Look Stylish While Staying Warm

As the winter weather finally hits us, staying warm when out and about takes top priority. This winter stay cozy and stylish with one of this season’s outerwear trends.  Capelets are a great way to cheat the cold weather as the draping of this style feels like a cozy blanket without resembling one.  The rule to remember is to elongate the lower half of your figure with fitted styles as the silhouette of this outwear piece has a draping, outward flow.  The Military Coat is a versatile top layer as it works fantastic with both dresses and pants of a variety of silhouettes.  A Puffer Coat can only be described as a trendy way to feel like you are wrapped in an oversized pillow.   A shorter length puffer coat is a great casual piece, while a below-the-knee length can easily be worn to layer over a dress or skirt.  Leopard Print Fur Coats are being shown everywhere this season.  This look definitely screams fashion forward. It can be worn with jeans or a dress, but will almost always give an outfit a dressed up look.
